It's a almost perfect clone of "TPerformanceGraph", but with many improvements like a averagevalue, a maximumvalue, automatic
scaling and new events like "OnResize", "OnUpdate", "OnBackgroundColorChange" and "OnScaleChange".
This component isn't compatible to Borland's "TPerformanceGraph", you have to rewrite existing code.
